Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries around the world.

To create an account click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of this web site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping details including your country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu, contact Customer Service.

What are my payment choices? During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

What shipping options do I have?

Shipping
With your purchase of $100 or more, enjoy Free Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. Just shop as normal and the free shipping promotion is applied during checkout. We're sorry but the promotion cannot be applied to expedited shipping services. This promotion is offered for a limited time; 8ight reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. Shipping Options
Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer 3 shipping options on most items:

  • Next Day Air Saver (delivered by end of next business day
  • 2nd Day Air (delivered by end of 2nd business day)
  • Ground (our default method)

Express: Get your Data Disc pronto! Get your package delivered the next day! Orders received Monday through Friday (“shipping days”) before 3:00 pm EST for items flagged “ready to ship” and with a shipping option of Next Day or 2nd Day service will be shipped out same day you order. Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship out on the next shipping day.

Ground: We will ship Ground orders within 1 day of your order date and many times the same day. USPS provides the table below for average delivery times for your state (note these are averages and a single delivery could get there faster or slower): insert map from USPS

Shipping Charges
Charges for shipping are calculated based on your order’s weight, size and shipping distance. Once in the checkout process you will see shipping charge pricing for all shipping options. Some oversized items have a shipping surcharge noted on the item that will be added during checkout.

Damaged Package Delivery
Arrived Damaged: If the item is damaged, and the driver is still there, ask for an Inspection Report and have the item taken back by the driver.

Report damaged packages to Service@8ight.com or call 858-456-3580 within 48 hours. Please save the damaged box. We’ll respond quickly with next steps.

Shipping Policy - FAQ
Other important details on 8ight’s shipping policy includes:

  • Your order may be shipped in more than one box or in more than one shipment depending on the options you’ve selected.
  • You will only be charged once your item has shipped.
  • We will notify you via email if we encounter any delays in getting your order shipped.
  • Note some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers (drop-ship) via various carriers. Shipping windows on these items are noted on the item page. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are not available on these items.
  • We may run shipping promotions from time-to-time and reserve the right to pull the promotion at our discretion. Come back and visit often to see what’s new!

What is the return policy?

Return Policy
Experience the benefits of 8ight® products risk free! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send us the unused portion of your order within 30 days of the original purchase date and we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service department:

Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you’re shipping back to us. Please ship the unused portion of your product to:
