Return Policy
We take pride in providing the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product order, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with 8ight gives you complete satisfaction. In the event you still wish to return your product order, please make your return within 30 days from when you placed the order. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be displayed on the outside of your package. Contact Customer Service for your RMA number: service@8ight.com Please return your package within two weeks of the RMA being issued.

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as 1-2-3
- Please make sure that all returns are clearly identified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number displayed on the OUTSIDE of the package, or it can not be accepted. Contact customer service service@8ight.com or call 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time 858-456-3580 for your RMA number.
- Repack product with its original packaging (including DVD case and DVD) and arrange to have it shipped back to;

- Once your return package has been received you will by notified by email. You will then receive credit on the returned product (excluding shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. Check or cash payments will be refunded via check, which will be mailed to the purchaser. Taxes, fees, shipping and handling and any applicable restocking charges (if applicable) are not included.

Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer 3 shipping options on most items:
Express: Get your Data Disc pronto! Get your package delivered the next day! Orders received Monday through Friday (“shipping days”) before 3:00 pm EST for items flagged “ready to ship” and with a shipping option of Next Day or 2nd Day service will be shipped out same day you order. Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship out on the next shipping day.
Ground: We will ship Ground orders within 1 day of your order date and many times the same day. USPS provides the table below for average delivery times for your state (note these are averages and a single delivery could get there faster or slower): insert map from USPS
Shipping Charges
Charges for shipping are calculated based on your order’s weight, size and shipping distance. Once in the checkout process you will see shipping charge pricing for all shipping options. Some oversized items have a shipping surcharge noted on the item that will be added during checkout.
Damaged Package Delivery
Arrived Damaged: If the item is damaged, and the driver is still there, ask for an Inspection Report and have the item taken back by the driver.
Report damaged packages to Service@8ight.com or call 858-456-3580 within 48 hours. Please save the damaged box. We’ll respond quickly with next steps.
Shipping Policy

Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates issued expire one year from the date of issuance.
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the 8ight.com web site, http://www.8ight.com, toward the purchase of products listed in 8ight.com's catalogs.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
Gift certificates and their use on the 8ight.com web site are subject to the general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

8ight.com gift certificates are issued directly and sold directly by 8ight.com. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
