Typographical Errors

Return Policy

We take pride in providing the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product order, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with 8ight gives you complete satisfaction. In the event you still wish to return your product order, please make your return within 30 days from when you placed the order. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be displayed on the outside of your package.  Contact Customer Service for your RMA number: service@8ight.com  Please return your package within two weeks of the RMA being issued.

 

When your product arrives in a DVD case, it is important that you return the DVD case and DVD along with your product.  We will credit your account for the price of the product you return.
